  • Version 1.1 released

A host of improvements have been included in this release:

  • Improved reporting of Model results

  • Tax can now include NI contributions

The Tax applied to an income can now be ‘Income Tax and NI’, as well as ‘None’ and ‘Income Tax’, to allow for you to properly model salaried income.

  • Allow Excess Funds to be re-invested

When you have more income in a year than your specified withdrawal amount you will have ‘excess funds’. You can now choose whether to keep these funds for additional spending money, or to re-invest them into your investments.

  • Added ‘Retirement’ as a Selectable Date

The expected Retirement Date of the Primary and Additional people can now be set, and this is then available in the Age/Date drop-downs throughout the system. This allows you to set your retirement date and then configure elements of your scenario to start or end on that date, such as the end of your employment…

  • Filter Model Results Shown

On the model screen you can now apply filters to show or hide Failed, Short or Successful models. You can also set a minimum balance to exclude or a maximum balance to exclude. This allows you to drill into your modelling results in order to better understand how your scenario is performing in different situations.

  • Highlight Model Year on Results Graph

On the model screen you can now highlight a specific year’s data. Hovering over a year in the Results By Year table will highlight the corresponding line on the Model Results graph. This allows you to investigate how returns affected a particular model year run. Client updated to version 1.0.188 Server updated to version 1.0.177
